Concept Design
Imagine Spa Management will provide a sketch layout for the proposed facility. At this stage we would provide assistance with the concept formulation including any build considerations, design input, operational flows and provide detailed room data specification sheets. Fitness Express would research suitable suppliers and the specified requirements for all internal fittings and decoration that would be suitable for the operational task. This would include lighting, floor coverings, furniture, poolside furniture, changing room equipment etc. All the specifications and designs would be presented subject to approval by the proprietors. Initial research would be undertaken with the proprietors design wishes already outlined. We would also source formal costings and prepare quotes for all spa specific suppliers.
As part of this stage we would be able to provide up to 3 versions of the layout to CAD specification which include client variations. We would also provide room data sheets for finishes on all rooms and an equipment FF&E schedule. We would realise the importance of liaising with the client and interior designers on all finishes.
Our role at this stage would be to provide consultative support and recommendations based on our operational and market experience to enable the appointed architect to produce his work. We will also work with interior designers if the client requires.
